Is my intake cracked?

I have an 03 GT with 48k miles on it. I threw a CEL recently and read the codes. The codes are:
P1409--EGR Vacuum Regulator circuit malfunction
P1451--EVAP Control System Canister Vent Solenoid Circuit Malfunction
P0135 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0155 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0172 System too Rich (Bank 1)
P0443 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit

I replaced the O2's but nothing changed. Car idles pretty rough and when you cut the car off, I can hear a fluttering noise coming from the rear of the motor as it shuts down. No water in the oil. I'm all out of guesses of what it could be. Anyone have any suggestions?

if your intake isn't cracked then somthing came unplugged I'd almost bet. What have you done to it recently?

It was fine until I out the tune on it. I bought a SCT 4-bank chip from BAMA. Threw the cel about a week after I out it on.

I had a chip on a 94 gt i had and it ran horrible, kept throwing maf codes and dying out of no where but i took the chip off and reset the computer just by leaving the battery disconnected for 15 minutes and it ran fine, i would say it has somthing to do with that chip now i wont use any horsepower chip but its just because you have to be very careful with them. If the chip is still in it id take it out and see if that helps at all, if not id have a modis hooked up or some other code reader that goes more in depth because i just dont see what else would throw codes like that on a car with so few miles

What one thing do ALL of the above sensors have in common? ......drum roll....

Answer: Fuse F2.8 in the Central Junction Box.

Not a bad idea to check all of your fuses.

OBTW, did you done any other work that could have blown the fuse? Not a bad idea to inspect the O2 wiring harness esp if long tube headers are installed. Look for cut/chaffed/burnt wires.

F2.8 CJB fuse schedule (1999-2004 MY)
EGR vacuum regulator
EVAP Canister purge valve
EVAP Canister vent solenoid
Heaters for the O2 sensors (all four of them).

I though I checked all the fuses, but you make a good point. I'm gonna pull the fuses and check them all individually. I don't have long tubes, so I kow it's not the harness but I guess I could go thru all that too. Just seems like a never ending battle.

Holy *****. U r the man. The fuse was blown surer than hell. If i could hug u thru the computer, I would hug you, but not in a gay way though.

I just had to read your response to my Wife. We both got a kick from it. Your welcome.

Let's face it. Why do ppl do this stuff? Answering/reading the posts is like reading a detective story. The challenge is to gleam enough information from the OP and use logic/experience to come to a reasonable answer.

The payoff is above. Glad I was able to help.

PS. I had just a little help (experience) on this one. My Son and I put a new motor in his F150. Upon initial fire up, we were greeted with almost the exact same symptoms. After studying the wiring diagrams, we found the blown fuse. However, the replacemnet fuse blew as well. It turned out that we had pinched one of the O2 pigtails between the engine/transmission.

Once the pigtail was repaired, the motor ran great. But I have to admit to a long sleepless night before finding the solution.

Thanks man. I was just like you. It looks like th problem stemmed from a broken wire on one of my o2"s. I replaced it and didn't even think of checking to see if it blew the fuse.

P.S. Tell your wife glad I could brighten her day.
