Looking at an '01 black 330xi as a daily driver and I want to get a car fax on it first.
(the price is a bit LOW) so, that's why i wouldn't mind the fax.

thanks

Try sending Kabuki_notch a PM, or post in this thread and see if he'll hook you up.

what is the price---if you don't mind.

the E90 is getting pretty common now so E46's are getting cheaper.

an 01 with 60k miles should go for about 18k usd depending on options/condition

well doug, the XI's are pretty damned reliable---very few diff/transfer case failures.

i have done quite a few front axle boots at around 60k miles.

window regulators are junk, but other than that i will give it a thumbs up.

if you would like maybe i can run a warranty check and see what has been done to it---i dunno how that works for canadian cars.

good luck, price sounds about right.

Thanks for the heads up Ben. I liked the all-wheel-drive. If all i have to worry about are window regs, i'll be happier than a pig in ****.

i don't know the first thing on warranty checks on canadian cars either.
i might still try for a carfax?
i'll keep you posted.

SUre, I can give you a Carfax...and more

I BOUGHT THIS CAR!!! and had it shipped to Regina...only to find out it was a major flood vehicle. It was flooded in Baltimore Bay in September 2003. I convinced the dealer to take the car back, but i'm out over $3000 in shipping and repairs...yes, repairs, the transfer case went on it 2 days after it arrived...what a gong show this car was. Be thankful you didn't purchase it.
