Definitely not an SSP...they only came as 5 speeds.

according to the ssp faq's aod was an option.

I used to think the opposite.

if i remember correctly. all the undercover or un amarked ssp's were aod's.

Its a four banger, ive seen some episodes where theyve used that car an it sure s hell dont sound like a 5.0

While we're on the subject, does anyone know if the 1352-204 service T5 a SSP unit?

Put it this way...i've seen a LOT of SSPs and i've never seen an auto, so the chances of that being one are fairly slim. Plus it says the guy behind the wheel is an under cover postal inspector....not a cop. Who here really thinks they'd put that guy behind the wheel of a police car? Who here really thinks they'd also use an SSP, even an under cover version, for a job like this? That's just some random Mustang.
