My turn signals didnt work this morning and then I went to put the a/c on the fan didnt work. Is there a ground wire or some other cause for this? I ask about the wire because I hit a bump in the road and everything worked fine.

I would suspect the ignition switch. I've had to replace 2 in the 90 LX 5.0. The last time (about a year ago), my signals wouldn't work. I believe it also sends power to fuse number 6, which goes to the a/c clutch and some other things. If you can't figure it out, maybe give this a try - they're like $15 at autozone.

Good call -There is a FREE recall on Ford ignition switches. They overheat and sometimes catch fire.

Copy down you VIN number and call the Ford dealer nearest you. Tell them you want to see if the ignition switch recall for Fords & Mustangs was done on your car. They will ask for the VIN number & check it against the master database. If it isn't in the datbase, then you can schedule an appointment to have the switch replaced for free. The TSB is #95S28, and don't let them tell you that they don't do that anymore...
