My car had the mods done two owners ago, so I wanted to know if there's a way to find what gearing a car has. Maybe something with what RPM's at what MPH? Any help would be appreciated.

Easiest way is to jack up the car, rotate the wheel one full rotation and count how many times the drive shaft goes around, 2.73's will go around 2(2) and almost 3/4(.73) turns with one rotation and so on. Just put a mark on the DS and start countin'.
what repostyle said is the best method. Just mark the driveshaft with a grease pen and count the rotations.
Do it sort of like Repostyle said, but I suggest rotating the wheel 10 times and counting the turns of the driveshaft. Mark them both with a piece of tape and have someone turn the wheel for you while you watch the driveshaft. Divide your result by 10.
I have found from experience that it is hard to differentiate 3.1 turns (3.08s)from 3.3 turns (3.27s), or 3.6 turns from 3.7. It's much easier to tell 31 from 33, or 35 1/2 from 3 3/4.

That does make more sense.
I installed my own gears so the simplest way for me was to just read the stamp on the ring gear itself
just 1 rotation is fine, lets say you think you might have 3.90s or 4.10s, just 1 tire rotation and it'll be obvious which it is.
yeah, counting to 41 is way easier than counting to 4.1I thought mine was the best and easiest....
I have a feeling it has some pretty nice gears in it because it feels strong for a stock motor. What are good gears for a 5 speed?

If it's stock it's 273's but his car was modded by a previous owner and the tag may be gone or inacurate now. When there's more than a CAI on a car you can't just go by factory specs anymore because you don't know if you got the complete mod list passed on down the line.
Most common for a street/strip car with a t5 are 327's and 355's
4.10s, perfect unless you like cruising around at 120mph, mine will go 75 at a low rpm, like 2,000-2,500rpm
The last owner was cloudy about mods; scary, eh? At 55, it will sit at 1500, 60 is about 1700. However, the speedo seems to be reading slower because when I drive along with my girlfriend, she's always going faster we're supposed to go 60. So maybe it hasn't been recalibrated.

Yeah ya got me on this one. I forgot he said it had mods. My bad..... If they are 3.55's and you speedo is still off I may have an extra speedo/tranny gear hanging around. Or just check ebay. there are fairly cheap
you said "count 10 revolutions of the tire", I said "lets say", hypothetically, "you have a 4.10 gear" So a 4.10 gear would spin the driveshaft 41 times for every ten revolutions of the tire.
