Is this a PI?

Hey guys, I just bought a 98 GT as my daily driver. We have 2 69's and a 70, but this is the first newer stang we've bought. The owner replaced the manifold with a new one when it cracked.He says it's different because it has some kind of aluminum piece that the other didn't, but he wasn't sure if it was PI or not. All of the stock replacement manifolds I've seen for these cars are the PI ones, I assume because they aren't anymore expensive to make... Is there an easy way to tell if this is a PI?

Also, the car has your basic bolt ons, bbk cai, gutted onroad x, pypes catbacks,ford racing plenum and 70 mm throttle body, and pulleys... how much power do you think the car is putting out with these and possibly the PI intake? The guy said it only gets 18 mpg right now, so I'll probably get a predator and take it to the local mustang shop for a tune, will this possibly get me better mileage and a little more power out of those bolt ons? The car smells like it's running rich. It still feels like a rocket out of the hole compared to my s-10, but I hear they fall on their faces after 4,000 rmp.

Thanks guys, I'm not home, so I can't check right now. Are those new livewire tuners worth the extra money over the diablos? I doubt I'll ever have anything more than a full pi swap, if that makes a difference. And droptop, what color is your stang, I have the pacific green, what do they call that darker color?
