I’m looking into a 2000 mustang GT owner says it’s a roush but not I’m sure its real. What all came in the roush during that year? Is it supercharged? What’s some ways of telling it’s real?
It looks like it has Roush style side pipes, but the wheels look like they're from a 2005-later V6 and there's no other designation..... I don't think it's a Roush just going from this pic. Are there any other pics you can share, maybe we're not seeing something.
I also think (and I could be wrong....) that there's an indicator under the hood. This is my cousin's 07 (it's dead - long story....) - note the sticker on the radiator support cover.

I don't know what all Roush does with their cars, but this 07 has other stuff that's been branded, like the gauges.
Of course this is from a different model year and body style, maybe someone will be along and give you better tips than I can, but I'd think that there would be more evidence than the sidepipes.
One other thing that I think I notice from that pic is that the rear bumper doesn't have the Roush ground effects like I see in different Google pics, like this one for example.
If I had to guess, the seller (or a previous owner....) installed the side pipes on a run of the mill GT and called it a day.
You should be able to go to Roush web site and find vin/serial #s and production numbers per year, along with colors and options.
I have a 89' Saleen and I can look up everything about that car including prior owners ect on different Saleen owners websites.
even a 2000 Roush stage 1 should have the roush rear spoiler. That’s a stock 99/00 wing.
The only roush part I see from that one pic are the side skirts and exhaust. There should be a lot of roush branding on the car, especially the interior. I beeove the gauges will be white face and say Roush
