wtf? the exterior striping looks like GT 350 striping but i can't tell from the small picture... i think it's just an 84 1/2 GT350 or maybe a dominator?

It's basically just my '84 with extra pretties added on ... which isn't saying much for it.

I imagine it's probably about as "exciting" as driving one of the early Mustang II's with a V6 and an auto, except with an overdrive gear. The CFI might not be QUITE as bad if I put a T-5 behind it, but it's a royal pain to put duals on the '84 and '84.5 CFI cars because of the external fuel pump and filter being where the passenger-side muffler goes. Had I been aware of that detail in advance, I probably would have thought twice before trading off my '86 GT 'vert for it. Oh well...

Uh huh... well teh chance I'll ever get to drive an 84/86 with CFI and AOD over here is about the same as someone tossing me the keys to a brand new Ferrari. I mean, it may happen but...

Ah. I just now noticed your location...

Actually, your chances for driving a Ferrari might be better, since you live closer to Italy than Detroit.

The first car I ever had was an 84.5 GT 350 Hatch AOD-CFI. I loved that car! Thought it was fast as hell cause it was easy to spin its tires.
Got in in 1990 for $3000 with 38K on it at an auction. I polished that car every day in the garrage for a year untill I turned 16 so I could drive it.
Of course I snuck it out a few times at night.

Wow, ya'll need to get caught up on your fox body trivia

I didnt think there was an enthusiast out there who didnt know about the 84.5 GT350 20th anny package

Ford actually got sued by Carroll Shelby over the GT350 stripes because they didnt have permission to use those graphics. Shelby was under contract with Chrysler at the time.

Nah... there are tons more Ferraris in the states than over here
But I'll take my Fox down to Modena one day, just for the hell of it - and the trip!

It would be something like via Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Paris, Alps and back home. Say next year.
