Is this power steering?

if it is how hard waould it be to swap it into the red car? and how hard would it be to find the parts for it, pulley, pump, bracket?

This set up is in the grey car in the background, the red car does not have it.

Yup that is power steering.

yes, that is the power steering stuff you'll need. looks like the system has been open for quite a while so you will probably need to rebuild it. pumps and brackets shouldn't be too hard to come by, you can buy most of them new but they are fairly pricey

yes, it is. the only thin is all that stuff probably would be better off as cores. you could just swap it, get the pump and new hoses and bolt it up and get lucky but likly its in bad condition.
