i need new valve covers and wanted to go with some ford racing ones, but the guy at the ford dealer told me that it would not work on my 94 cuz the oil fill hole would interfer with the throttle body, so where can i get aftermarket valve covers?

Yes it is true. Do a search for fox body valve covers here and you'll see what needs to be ground down and the oil fill neck needs to be bent. I beat the crap out of my stockers with a hammer and got them to fit.

Do you mean it leaks around the bottom of the filler neck where the neck connects to the cover?
If so I had the same problem. The hole wasn't drilled on the flatest part of the cover creating a slight bend where my filler neck connects, thus creating a small leak. I also had to find a baffled grommet. What a mess that made before I figured that one out. Anyway, I use that black high heat (RTV?) sealer there now and it works fine. No more leaky

Any auto place in your local area will have it.

I got mine at Canadian Tire. I'm sure Walmart would have it as well. All you need is the small tube. I paid about $5 Canadian so in the states you'll probably get it for about 5 cents

That's exactly what it is. I just went out to the garage to check.
It's called Permatex black gasket maker.

Well I got my baffled grommet from Canadian Tire as well, in the performance section. I believe Moroso makes them as well. I don't know if Walmart have them. I put the gasket sealer on the grommet before inserting it into the hole on the valve cover. This way it created a perfect seal. It cures fast so you should be OK to drive your car shortly after.
I don't use a breather because then you'd have unmetered air. I retained the stock filler cap with the tube running from it to the cold air intake just after the MAF. I rigged up a piece of hose to attach to the stock filler neck with a fitting like you'd get with a breather filter to insert into the baffled grommet in the valve cover. This allows for easy removal of the filler neck when needed.
Those Trick Flow valve covers kinda suck really. I was pissed off I had to do all this crap.
If you want to retain your Trick Flow filler neck I think for you to get the best seal you'll have to remove it and place a generous amount of this gasket maker around the entire circumference if the filler neck where it fits in the valve cover. Then just clean up the excess gasket maker around the outside of the filler neck once it's remounted on the valve cover. Either that or just find a rubber grommet like I did and rig something up.
