So whenever I stop completely I can feel the car like do a nose dive, and if I'm sitting there like hitting the brakes I can practically make the car dance...is this because of stock shocks and struts??

Yeppers - that's atleast part of the issue.

You can try to isolate each corner doing the old-school rebound test (safely push on a corner of the car and look for the corner to squat, rebound and settle. If it squats, rebounds, bottoms out again, rebounds........... that's no good).

I smell HP's in your future.

could also be rear brakes not working properly....to check drive, apply brakes fairly hard and long stop get out of car and feel the rear wheel and/or rotors but be careful not to burn yourself they may be very hot but if there not hot rear brakes may have siezed...
