Some vids of the guy

Pardon the quality of the video, from a still camera in video mode, and compressed.

The guy in the mustache stole the car, crashed into Jacks car, has a cut on his head and all he wants is a cigarette:

Should have hung him on the spot with jumper cables!!!!!!! I bet he's probably done it multiple times before. Probably will get away with it!. Very sorry for your loss. Big time bummer! I'm just none of you got hurt.

I feel bad about this!!!! Really Bad!!!!
I came real close to anililating this guy!, I'm glad I didn't because I would have probobly got in more s*it than the guy that did it will!
I came so close to parking in that same spot about 20 minutes before this happend, but something told me to park on the other side of Ruebens Cobra,
I don't know why? It was just one of those feelings that you sometimes get!
It was just lucky that no one got hurt or killed, because we usually sit there in our chairs most of the time, but today we were all inside Taco Time for some reason!
Jack I feel real sorry that, That mother f*#*%!!#er killed your car!!!!!
We should of kicked his ass!!! But then we'd be sitting in jail with him,
I hope the kid who own's the car has insurance!!! Take Care Man
Let me know if there's anything I can do?

See Ya Bill

I really wish a good old ass whoopin would do the trick however I almost went to jail just for asking the a** hole how he felt about destroying my car. Sadly guys like this have rights because after all innocent until proven guilty. I just got the car back from the body shop back in february after it got hit in another parking lot and through that whole process the stage was set for this. This guy and the owner of the car have no insurance and My insurance doesnt cover uninsured motorist. At This point I get to eat this. I do plan to get a lawyer anyway and at least try all possible avenues.
The Drunk guy used to work for My father in law on a Tuna Boat in Hawaii until he got fired for being a drunk. ( a nice piece of info found out after he smashed my car). By the way isnt the mandatory liability insurance law a wonderful piece.
At this point I cant say what I will do, but I hope I get to replace it. A wife, two kids and only my income make that a real bleak proposition.

Ouch. I'd have beaten him close to death. I would go to jail no problem then plead insanity later cause that would have sent me over the edge. Yep.

I ****ING HATE DRUNK DRIVERS!

It was at our weekly car show at Taco Time in Lynnwood on Hwy 99.

Most of us were inside the Taco Time. From what I heard, this is what happened:

The guy that got arrested and the guy in the black shirt got into an argument at the Albertsons just south of the Taco Time.

The guy in the black shirt either got out or was pushed out of the car by the mustached guy and that guy took off in the car northbound on 99.
He swerved across all lanes and hit the sidewalk, flew in the air, hit a light post and came down on top of Jack's car and also hit the red Mustang next to it.
My mustang convertable was next to Jack's car on the other side (I moved it prior to recording the video), and, amazingly, it didn't get a scratch, just bits glass pieces scattered in the car.
Unfortunately, it sounds like the car that hit him wasn't insured. They can't figure out who actually owned the car. Jack only had liability on his car, no uninsured motorist coverage. So I think Jack had his car towed to his house. Maybe he can part it out or find a body to put his engine/tranny into.

That's a da mn shame. Honestly I would have lost all sense of reality and killed the guy. If you're gonna end up biting the cost on that stang, might as well cash in big on that mega beat down. I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE... YOU CAN HIT MY GIRL, BUT YOU CANNOT HIT MY RIDE. OTHERWISE YOU DIE!!!

I truly think I would've just cried. I would've sat on my pile of Stang and cried. Any media footage would've been of the girl who had a complete emotional breakdown.
