Ok, while driving about 45-50 and just let off the gas the car jerks back and forth. Now the tranny has been rebuilt with new torqconverter, new drive shaft with u-joints, rebuilt rear end. Any ideas with what it could be? Could there be any thing ecu or pcm thats bad.
I would guess the rear suspension, maybe torque boxes. Get it up safely and use a big pry bar and visual inspection to check out the rear and the front. The car is not safe to drive until this is fixed.

New rear upper and lower control arms. Was at the ford dealer and said the suspention and the torq boxes were good. It was there for 3 weeks and they had a ford engineer look at it and could not figure it out.
I know this sounds ridiculous but it is entirely possible it just sat there for three weeks and no one lookedcat it. Suggest trying a different shop... I feel it is 99% likely to be a suspension issue, most likely in the rear. Are the tires wearing evenly?

I see what you saying but, i am pretty sure it was looked at. I also have had five other shops in town look at. And when i have gone in the other shops they knew about my car from the others shops.
