I have a question about the JLT Cold Air Intake. It says it requires a re-tune to function properly, and it says via X-Calibrator. Can't I just get a dyno shop to adjust my air/fuel ratio for me? Or do/should i get the X-Calibrator or Livewire?

Your shop will still need the xcal to program your car. They will make the tune then put it on your own xcal device then you or they will load it on to your car.

You will need the device no matter what.
So you can get the pre loaded package from JLT or buy a tuner and pay your local dyno shop $100 per hour to do a tune.
