i just finished the install on my jlt ram air intake. really easy install. great look. great result. overall i am very happy with the purchase,

Makes the rest of your engine look like chit Get some orange degreaser, spray down, let dwell, agitate, rinse, dry with towel, start car to dry remaining water, dress with armorall...

Seriously though, nice looking intake. That engine should clean up really well if you follow what I outlined above...

hey hey hey easy there guys. i just got the car a few days ago. ordered the intake when i got it. figured i would wait til the bolt on was in before the first major clean. the plan is for tomorrow unless there is major rain storm

Good intake but a waste if you don't plan on getting a better than stock throttle body and plenum.

im hoping to do throttle body, plenum, and pi intake manifold but since im in college money does not come along too easily so it might be a slow process.

Looks great dude I wish I had bought JLT instead of the BBK one I have on it now... Did you have to get a tune to run the intake? I hear that you have to one the 4.6L cause the new cone is soo big that the car wont run right unless you get a handheld tuner or somebody professionally tunes it.. Am I correct or are these lies bc I would love to ditch my BBK CAI Im sick of the chrome look in my engine bay....

I did not need to tune for that intake and I do plan on cleaning it today but I just got off work so the cleaning will start soon

after cleaning physically inspect the plug wells for water, remove any water found

i know im working with an engine bay that has probably never been cleaned before but...better? sorry the pic is a little dark. i ran out of sunlight
