Well I just picked up a set of 17x8 Bullitt rims for $500. Pretty good deal? The front tires are 235/45 Falkens and the rears are 275/40 Nitto DRs. I plan on running SN95 axles since they are longer and I want the extra 3/4". I just need to make sure that a 275 will fit in the rear ok. I have searched but most people who run a 275 also have a 9" rim. My car is lowered with the BBK springs (about 1-1.5"). What are you guys' opinions on the matter?

You may have to roll the rear fenders. 17x8 with 245's fit fine with SN95 axles but the 275's might bulge out just far enough to catch the fender lip.

What is the best way to go about rolling the fenders?

Best way is to use a fender roller. It bolts to the axle hub and will roll the fender over perfectly.

Some guys have used a baseball bat though

not too sure on the 275, widest you can really go with keeping a nice foot print on the ground is a 255 with an 8" rim. But if you got em run em. I run 255/45's in the rear and they clear without rolling but I am not sure if I am as low as you are. I run sportlines and it is a pretty radical drop. good luck. Most I can say is try it and if it doesn't work then go get some 255 or 245s.

Yeah, I am definitely going to try to run them. They look soo mean just sitting, I can't wait to get them on my car. They look like they are wearing well though. I am going to get the rears on by July 22 because some people my dad knows are renting out Beaver Springs. Are SN95 axles any stronger than Fox axles?
