Just drove an 05 GT!!

Mine will be here this weekend and of course I got the GT with a manual but I just got back from driving the one they have at the lot!! I had to wait like 30 min to drive it because there were dozens of people drooling and driving, each coming back from the test drive like So I finally got my shot and this thing is F-A-S-T!! Sounds alot like the Cobra when you start it up and its damn near as quick. I was only able to take it to 70 mph in 3rd gear but I got there in under 6 seconds Wound it to about 3K RPM and let loose, not even a hint of wheelspin and it has been raining here most the day so the roads are still damp. Chirped the tires in 2nd and 3rd gear and this thing feels just about as fast as a Cobra to 60 mph and sounds just about as good as you get that awesome rumble and roar sound. Take everything you know about Mustangs and throw it out the window because this thing rides and feels nice and tight and the steering is very impressive. No more body roll on turns with dips or light back ends going over bumps at higher speeds, Ford really nailed it with this one. I cannot frickin wait till this weekend!!
