Just got TwEECer R/T and now i'm pissed off NEED HELP

This morning I got my TwEECer R/T and tonight I was tryin work on this thing with Desktop PC (I don't have laptop yet)
I have two instructions but both 99% are for laptop
Next thing is how I can open that .BIN file (OEM Binaries) from Tweecer.com
I need help or this program going in trash can

Steep learning curve. Don't get angry cuz it will be frusturating. When opening a .bin file make sure in cal edit you have "Ford EEC Binaries" selected.

Heheh ,
I just come back home with used Laptop IBM , I paid $425 for that
Now I can use that stuff for Laptop because 95% of that stuff is for laptop and just little bit for Desktop PC
