Just how modular is the 4.6?

Are 4v heads a direct bolt on or are there other things you have to do to make them work? Don't get me wrong, I love the 4.6. I just came into some money and I'm starting to think about doing a headswap ...

Or am I better off going with P&P PI heads and a new exhaust?

it is not a direct bolt up. I posted this question a while ago, and i heard a lot of bad things. There are several components that have to be moved around. You are better off with PPI heads and a S/C.

nope... not gonna bolt up the 4v heads. I did pi w/ p&p and am able to beat stockie snakes... not 03's though. But soon, after s/c.
