Yes THEY ALL come in texured black, if you want to paint it, you have to take it in to have it done ! I think someone posted an install of theirs..?? Kool was that you ?

I enquired about the CDC Classic chin spoiler from American Muscle via email a while back and they replied that all new chin spoilers now ship in black instead of the yellowish brown.
