600 average. I ran a 125 shot through my bone stock motor without a tune, its not absolutly necessary, but of course its much safer. Make sure you get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator with a guage at the least.

Well in order to run air fuel you will need a wideband...the route I am going in my car is im going to be getting a Dynotune digital fuel pressure gauge and also a nitrous pressure gauge...Since there website is down, is that a dry or wet kit your gettting?

Can you tune it yourself using a fuel pressure guage, wideband, and an ajustable fuel regulator?

yeah just jet it a lil rich, back the timing down 2 degrees for every 50 shot and run at least 91 octane. I am starting with a 150 shot lol.

I run a dynotune dry kit on mine with a 75 shot right now. Once I get a bigger fuel pump im gonna go with a bigger shot. 75 shot will be no problem on that motor.

i have put 125-175 through stock 5.0 motors for a LONG time. i honestly think they can handle more with safe timing, enough fuel and good gas. in fact, my 1989 coupe I have squeezed 175 on for about 7 years and only popped one head gasket.
