Got it and I'm running the race tune. It's great! I'm going to datalog it soon just to make sure everything is running safe. BTW just with a tune the purchase was definitely worth it.
Certainly nothing wrong with the 'base' GT!! You still get all the go fast goodies like that awesome 5.0
Mod Motor!! I ordered a 'base' GT with 3:55's and the Brembo Package and just love it! Add some nice
mufflers (I did the Flowmaster American Thunder) and a CAI and you will have more HP than you
can ever use on the street!! Congrats on the new car!
I'm jumping right in with my first post outside my introduction post. I spent a great deal of time pricing out the new GT, but knowing my options list was long, I had to pull the trigger on a 2011. Got what I wanted, for about $13K less than new. That buys a lot of upgrades.
I haven't even cracked the manual yet, but will first thing later this morning (I'm a night owl) and hopefully figure out how to dial in all the cab settings better. Loving the SYNC concept, but haven't played with it much. Buying my car off the lot was my first time in a Mustang ever. So, big learning curve!

I like mine more and more every day. Just broke 1200 miles today and really enjoy the vehicle thus far (do miss the brutal low end grunt of the GTO but the mid/top end charge of the 5.0 is a lot of fun).
