it really depends on how mechanically enhanced you are deleting the egr is easy: cut the egr tube in half take one of the ends and a penney put in the end and bolt that back onto the header, then take the egr off and get a flat piece of metal put some sealent on it then bolt it to intake, or if you dont have A tweecer there is a way to run the egr open, i dont know much about this I have a tweecer .
and for the smog pump you get a blowtorch and let'er rip. or you could remove the smog pump and and run a shorter belt, and remove the hose to the h pipe. then remove then unbolt the the piping to the heads I am not quite sure on the size but since i was putting on different headers i use 2 old exhuast bolts put some sealant on them and put them in the holes fitted good.then you have to plug the vaccumn line that use to goto the smog stuff and the egr.
