keyless entry horn

my horn always blows twice when i hit the lock button.. i remember on my other mustang it always blows once, and blows twice wen something is open.. but iam positive everything is closed up and it always blows twice, once in a while it will blow once. any ideas

Bad connection on one of the doors or trunk lid

is it a switch, a button, or just like a male female connection im lookin for?

My Explorer was doing this. Repeated opening and closing of all the doors would make it stop. It was the passenger door I finally discovered. I became so tired of this process that I sprayed electronics cleaner on the door locks (jamb side) and it stopped.

My fault, I am not by the car and meant into the lock on the door side. I believe that is where the sensor or whatever it is that tells the car it is opened or closed is.

The door open sensor on a mustang is in a very ghey and unexpected place.
