Keyless entry question

My "new to me" 95 GT Convertible has listed on its factory window sticker that it had keyless entry, but as usual, I didn't get one from the owner. Is it possible to buy new ones and have the dealer program them to work? What tool is needed to program them? How can I tell for sure if it has the module to work with the keyless fobs? Any input? Thanks.

The module is in the driver's side rear quarter panel in the trunk. You move the decorative molded carpet out of your way and you can see the module and the connector you jump. To program a keyless, you turn the ignition on and bridge two pins in one connector and go through a 2 (or so) step sequence.
