My wife was driving the GT yesterday, I was following in the Silverado. A 5.9 Magnum Dakota pulled up next to her and wanted to play. they went from @60 to 120mph. Mustang took the win by three lengths. I was on it from the begining trying to keep up but it was a lost cause.
Sidebar: When we got the Mustang we lined it up against the Silverado. It was almost dead arse even. With a perfect (quarter mile) run the Stang might take by under a length. Now the Stang takes it by 8-10 lengths...And they just walked away from me yesterday from a 60 punch, bad. Not bad for what we have in it so far, @ $200 in performance mods...on a 2.73 geared AODE. 4.10's go in on Monday, then I'll have $300 in it.
