So I'm just posting this vid for some opinions, this is a warm idle, not cold, but what is the whistle sound? Intake? Or is this something else I should address.

Is it louder in the engine bay? Who makes your throttle body and or MAF

+ 1....kinda hear the classic throttle body whistle in the distance,but also a fuel pump wine coming from the back maybe...

i have a bbk throttle body and it whistles like crazy....havnt done the fix yet...

I know the trick flow intakes whistle too..fyi

Possible IAC problem (maybe a more specific form of what smkshw said). Not sure if the foxes have the same issue as my SN 5.0 did, but my IAC started making noise like that and after replacing it the noise was gone.

Check the throttle body bolt torque. Make sure its torqued to spec. I had the same issue on my truck. may need to replace the gasket as well.
