Clutch options

I installed a KB 9psi kit a couple of months ago. Before I installed the supercharger I had the TSB done on my tremec and at the same time I decided to upgrade my clutch on 2002 GT.

My options were the SPEC stage 2 or 3 or the King Cobra. I did some research and found alot of negative feedback for both clutches.

So I decided to spend a little extra money and went with the centerforce dual friction clutch. And I have been very happy with it so far. The clutch is actually lighter than the stock one and no slippage whatsoever.

Go the extra mile and spend a little bit more and opt for the better clutch. That was my thought.

Gluck

*UPDATE*

I was reading the clutch installation tips that came with it this morning and the first line read " After a group of supposedly defectice clutches we have repeatedly found incorrect installation to be the cause of failure." Then they go on to recommend 10 things to do to make sure the install goes well. Now my question is the first thing on the list says "A new flywheel should be used, this will eliminate problems caused by improper machining, which could lead to chatter, vibrations or rapid wear due to incorrect surface texture," should i get a new flywheel? I know most people just resurface theirs and the place i am going just sells clutchs and machines flywheels so i would imagine they are pretty good at what they do. The rest of the stuff on the list i can take care of like new roller pilot bearing, using the supplied TOB, cleaning the disk, plate with brake cleaner, and bolt torque. Hopefully i can still get this thing in before the drive home for thanksgiving wed.
