what year is your stang? its only good for the T-45 tranny. If its just a stock replacement then yeah, its a pretty good clutch.

I got mine from summit for 165 shipped. I like it and grips pretty hard. The pedalk is kinda heavy but not too unbearable.

get a stock oe replacement, the clutch pedal is too stiff on the King Cobra for what you are getting in return.

id get a king cobra, ive heard their pretty durable and for the price you really cant beat them, any performance clutch you get is going to be stiffer than the stock one. If not that id get a centerforce, but expect to pay a little more.

I would recommend you to install an alloy flywheel and install an 11" stock Cobra clutch.
You can get the alloy flywheel for around $300 and the clutch for ~$150, the 11" clutch is much lighter feel that the King cobra unit but will hold better and even feels lighter than the stock clutch you have now.

I love mine. Had it for two years and when i pulled the engine the other day the wear on the King was very little. Great grip for a pretty cheap clutch.
