Plan on putting the Kirban FPR on tonight and was wondering if I should pull the top half of the intake or just do it with the intake on. What are the odds of the gasket between the upper and lower not sealing good after? I know just about everybody has put one of these on, just looking for some pointers before I dig into this.

The upper and lower will probally seal fine unless your tear the gasket. After disconnection everything, struggling with the little allan bolts might not be that bad. What I did is loosen the upper for clearance.

Not to bad of a job. I would suggest unhooking the EGR and TPS wires and taking the throttle bracket off and get a 1/4" ratcheting wrench with a allen to fit the wrench and socket cap. The hardest part was the back screw (which I dropped about 100 times), other than that it was a breeze. Thanks for the replies.
