Knocking noise in my 351 winsor

I have a 70' Coupe and there is a consistent knocking noise that doesnt go away even when it has been warmed up.
Does anyone have any suggestions to what the problem might be and how to fix it?

If its a knock that is bad. Could be a main bearing that is spun or a connecting rod. If it is a tick well thats better. Could be a header tick or a top end issue.

Does the knock change speed as the engine rpm changes?

no it is a consistent knock

WHen my car ticked knocked it was a spun con rod bearing.
