Boy, what a difference a converter can make! Got one through coan. Damn expensive but it works great. Was at BIR in july for a muscle car shootout and with the dot's and mufflers, it ran 11.40's@118. Trans brake did nothing for the car. 1.7 60ft's. New converter - Ran 11.13@119 off the trailer and ran teens all weekend. Last day on Sun. ran 11.08@120!! 1.52 60ft. This was all in some pretty bad air. Very hot. So I know on a good day, it should be a 10.90 pretty easy. Boy those transbrake hits are wicked!! One hell of a bang off the line! Pulling the wheels bigtime! It is kind of a pain in the you know what to see a pic of it cause it is on a professional photographers site that doesn't allow a direct link. But if you want to click a few times:
http://www.egleye.com/home.htm
On upper right, click 2007 events
Then on top, click muscle car shootout 2007.
Then click the same thing again. (don't know why)
Then "enter proof reader"
Then on top of page, click "king-real street"
Then on top click page number 7
Finally, scroll down just a bit in the middle, you'll see my white 70 fastback.

Musclecar shootout is one awesome event. I would guess like 400-500 AWESOME cars. Anything from pure stock to pro mod, pro stock cars. We just pitch the tent, race during the day and drink lots o beer at night.
