Boy, what a difference a converter can make! Got one through coan. Damn expensive but it works great. Was at BIR in july for a muscle car shootout and with the dot's and mufflers, it ran 11.40's@118. Trans brake did nothing for the car. 1.7 60ft's. New converter - Ran 11.13@119 off the trailer and ran teens all weekend. Last day on Sun. ran 11.08@120!! 1.52 60ft. This was all in some pretty bad air. Very hot. So I know on a good day, it should be a 10.90 pretty easy. Boy those transbrake hits are wicked!! One hell of a bang off the line! Pulling the wheels bigtime! It is kind of a pain in the you know what to see a pic of it cause it is on a professional photographers site that doesn't allow a direct link. Musclecar shootout is one awesome event. I would guess like 400-500 AWESOME cars. Anything from pure stock to pro mod, pro stock cars. We just pitch the tent, race during the day and drink lots o beer at night.
