I received my Kooks headers (long tube) last year before going on the Hot Rod power tour. I installed them and found that the passenger side hung lower than the drivers side by over 1/2 an inch. On my way to NJ the passenger side hit everything in their path and flattened the bottom two tubes.
Kooks has reworked them twice but the problem is still there. Before anyone asks, I have checked that the engine sits level in the car and sent the measurement pics to George R at Kooks. He says that they match what is in their jig so what gives.
Do any of you with Kooks long tubes have the same problem. Pics of them installed would be helpful.
As of now I can't drive the car because the passenger side header only gives me 1 7/8 inches of ground clearance.
