Maybe one of those little 1- or 1/2-gallon gas jugs with a fuel line plumbed into the bottom? Secure the connection with a fuel-resistant sealant of some kind, strap that sucker on there with a couple o' bungee cords (or metal strapping tape, if you want something a little more permanent), and rock that puppy around the yard.
