Leak on passenger valve cover.

Have a question last night running a z28 mid second gear heard a really weird noise under the hood. i have a supercharged gt just so you guys know, well it started to smoke about a mile down the road and got home and checking it out the was oil on the passenger side valve cover i checked the pcv valve and it was filled with oil so i cleaned that out and tried to clean it the best i can. i checked the valve cover bolts they were all tight. does anyone have any idea where the oil could be coming from. I have no loss in power and full oil pressure. THanks for the help

My guess is that you just had some oil blow out of the pcv valve while you were racing.

it did not start smoking really bad right? let's hope it's not your head gasket. could be a possibility with a blower.

Is the PCV valve still functioning? Is the hose that connects to it tight?
This happened to mine also, and after cleaning the valve, I replaced the hose, as it had become stretched out and no longer sealed very well. This solved the problem. (I just bought an off the shelf length of tubing and cut it to size.)
