I am trying to fix a leak in on my 4.6 in my 96' mustang. I am leaking coolant around my thermostat. I have replaced the thermostat yet it's still leaking. I have tried putting the o-ring sitting on top of the thermostat, on the snout of the hose which presses against the thermostat, have put the old o-ring below and the new ring on top of the thermostat but it still leaks.

Anyone know what I could be doing wrong, or have an idea how to get it to stop leaking? Could my intake have a hairline crack? Any ideas where I could find a new one on the net?

Any advice you guys have would be great.

yup, your intake is cracked. you need to get a new one, you cant fix the current one. your options are to put the same part number intake on, or put on a PI intake, 99+ and PI heads as well. but make sure that the new intake has an aluminum crossover. you could also use the SVO intake ot a bullit intake.
