Leaking Convertible when rains

It is not all the time, when it rains sometimes. I come out the next day and there is water on my passenger seat and the door panel where the speaker is. It must come down the side somewhere. The problem might be my door. When I close it its not aligned straight. I can hear it hitting the bottom where my door sills are. The driver side door closes fine slowly. The passenger side hits something when I shut it slowly, the bottom. How would I go about lifting the door up and realigning it or something. Should I screw the bolts tighter? I think the door is a tade low so the water is coming in through the top where the weather stripping is. Anyone have any ideas?

Sit in the car next time it rains like that and watch, I gurantee its right where the top meets the window and the top of the a-pillar. This is my third convertible (not all mustangs) and they have all leaked in the same spot. My mustang will do it from time to time, its annoying, but get over it, any ragtop is bound to leak from time to time.

Well I know its at the top of the window. The water must come down to the side of the panel also near the bottom door speaker. I see water there before and it gets on the seat. I know its a ragtop it never did it before. It can be sealed somewhere. Thats why I think my door is a spec down and needs to be relifted or something. A tiny tiny opening must be open at the top of the window when the door shuts.
