Leaking Injector??

Noticed at the track towards my last pass that when I would cycle the key the fuel pressure would hit 41 psi and slowly fall to 38psi. When the car is running it seams fine. Good fuel pressure. Looked for fuel leaks and could not find anything. Before the when I would cycle the fuel pump it would stay at 41psi. Any ideas?? Should I replace the fuel injectors. I'm running 42lbs injectors.

Does it stay at 38 PSI? That sounds pretty normal, should stay within 5 PSI for 1 minute on fuel pressure leak down test.

1/4 of a tank. Yes it stays at 38psi

not for sure but possible could be the secondary pickup on your in tank pump may not be picking up fuel. before you start tearing into the injectors you might try filling it to at least half a tank and then trying it. if not then maybe check the impedance in your injector harness. just a thought

i think 7.9 to 8.1 ohms is the tolerance
