Leaking Oil- Help

I've been creeping around this forum for a while, now I'm suddenly in need of help, first post (sorry). Today i had bottomed out and hit an oil line under my engine, and it spewed. I'm curious as to what the name of this line is and the potential cost to fix it, I will have pictures in the next post. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

pics, ...no oil lines unless you got oil cooler mech gauge, maybe you hit your power steering lines, ....pics are needed here bud.

If more pics are needed, or different location, i can get them asap. This line is coming from the front of the engine on the very bottom. On a 1984 mustang 5.0

You need a big a$$ bottle of gunk spray, clean it all up and inspect more cause that's hard to really see what all was damaged. AND WHAT is going on with your exhaust????

I know that it was just that one line that comes from the front of the engine, don't know what the line is, its purpose or the costto fix it, iI will get it cleaned up tomorrow

looks like a P/S line let loose but it's hard to tell. That undercarraige is too gunked up. Get a bottle of simple green and a hose and have at it.

I can't think of any oil lines that are external. The area you are showing is the power steering rack and lines. Is this a 5 spd car, or auto?

It turns out it was power steering, I thought it was oil due to consistency and color. I ll need to cut the line, put in a coupler, flare the end of the new line and put the bolt back on, should be a pretty easy fix, hoping to have it done tomorrow
