led gauge lights

I got the LED conversion for a 69/70 dash from hipoparts.com. None of them work except the turn signals. Im missing one socket. Do they need the continuity to work at all?? I double checked the red leads are to the positive circuit. Thanks...

Well, I put all the original lights back in and it still doesnt work. Gremlins I guess. Maybe I blew a fuse??
