every dana ive seen loads from the back. the only other front-loads/thirdmemebers i know of are some of the 'yota ones and at least one chrysler.

It's called a 12bolt drop out. its a center section for a 9" that uses 12 bolt gears. which results in about a 3% increased efficiency of the rear end. and a few lbs saved.


Thought everyone knew that.
