I would like to know that too. I have even considered buying a new front facia. I finally just bought a chrome "ford"plate and put it in there, but really, I'd like to have the plate gone and the holes filled.
I've heard of people using plugs from an appliance store, like the ones used on a fridge when the doors are reversed to open on the other side. Then just paint them with touch up paint. Hope this helps...
