I swapped in my roller cam today and as i was checking all the followers i noticed that some of the lifters compress a little when the cam lobe opens the valve, and some dont. I am assuming that the ones that dont move are probably bad, How much are the lifters supposed to compress and should i remove and replace the ones that dont? I figured i could just snag some out of the mustang motor and throw them in if need be. Anything else i should do before i button up the top end of this motor?
Also are there any bolts that go into oil passages or anything on the head that i should seal before installing (manifold, vc bolts, etc...)
