It won't hurt anything if you decide to pull the lifters. It's not as critical on a roller cam, but put the lifter in the hole it came out of and if you want, mark the orientation too. I'd also shine a light into the holes to inspect each cam lobe.

Damm I didn’t think of inspecting the cam. I replaced the lifters and let the gasket dry a few days I came to Dallas to see Lincoln park in concert. When I get home I’ll fire it off hope that noise goes away. It wasent bad but I did catch my attention

As long as the rollers on your old lifters are ok, the cam should be as well.

Damm I swapped the lifters and I still hear a ticking sound. I Annoyed. Should I be concerned or when should I be concerned cuz I’m concerned
