Light Bar

Has anyone had the light bar installed in their vert?If so,how do you like it?I was at a dealership that had a vert on display with one.Looks really cool with the top down.He said it was around $500.00.That was one of the things I liked about the Saleens.

Why?
It doesn't provide any rollover protection and just gets in the way.
Get a real rollbar and have an upholstery shop pad it and cover it for you. At least that way if you wind upside down you'll still have your head.

I think it makes the car look very upright and is not consistent with the raked style of the car. Just a matter of taste.

I love mine

I guess i'm the only one who likes them. I agree they are aesthetic and do not give any rollover protection..but neither does the rag top..lol. I installed mine in an afternoon and wired it so that the brake light does not light up when the top is up..paid about $469 for mine from CDC. It is a matter of taste and I do like mine and have had several comments.

blackonblack06 has one and it looks sweet. He installed it himself. You are certainly welcome to contact him for some objective assistance.
