i got the mac white guages for christmas and put them in yesterday but now i have problem. they wont "illuminate" at night and my running lights arent working, only my headlights. the only wire i messed with was coming out of the headlight switch because it needed to be re-crimped. all my fuses are fine and the bulbs are working. i can't figure it out! any ideas? anybody had this problem?

how did you wire the gauge faces in? what sources did you use, etc? the parking light wire comes out of the headlight switch - are you sure the connection is sound?

good luck.

oops. my bad. given the problems you are having, i assumed they were illuminescent or provided their own lighting, as some do.

when you checked the headlight switch, did you check each terminal with a DMM for proper values? i would do so, to narrow down whether something was disturbed while installing the gauge faces (i.e. the headlight switch went south from being disturbed). i would start at that switch, as you will then have a direction to go in, based upon what the terminals test out with. if you slightly jiggle the headlight switch lever, does it make anything happen?

sorry to not be more help. good luck.
