Req, I lost track in dollar invested. Understand there isn't anything in conjuction with install labor. All thats been done by me.

Regarding the tint, yes mine is far more reflective, it's actually metallic based. I'll put it to you this way my tollway I-pass can't even read through the strip across the top of my windshield.

My tint is metallic based as well. I just went through this problem trying to reroute my NAV antenna. I ended making a bracket under the wiper cowl to mount the antenna on, it works great !!

I'm going to try low on the passenger side pillar. See how things go there..

Nice, clear photographs. Good job on that!

Not a big fan of faux carbon fiber, but your piece was well-made. I'm not a fan of the easily scratched plastic OEM console.

The only place inside my car that I could get any signal was in the headliner right above the driver's seat. It wasn't enough to be accurate though. I'd just put it under the wiper cowl like I did. In the end you'll be much happier. I used a little metal epoxy under each corner of the antenna so I don't have to worry about it ever coming off.
