Little bit of white smoke

Sometime times when I start my car you can see a puff of smoke come out. Also when the car is just idling you can see you just a little bit come out every now and then when its idling you can barely notice it. What all could be causing this?

oil is leaking by the valve guide seals( I cant remember there name right now) How many miles are on your engine

Not very much on the shortblock but I'm not sure about the heads.

nah it has been doing it for a month or so. I did find today though that my pcv valve was not in the motor good and I fixed that today but I dont know if that could have anything to do with it or not.
