Today I bolted up my old original 40 series mufflers and tail pipes sounds way better then what was on there...the car has BBK shorty's..Off road H-pipe I think it sounds pretty good....

Music to my ears! Nothing beats that 5.0 sound. This is why I fell in love! @FoxMustangLvr means was this a factory color combination or was it painted this way? @MY 85 GT

Oh yes the color is stock...the car has only 65,000 miles on it...

The very first Mustang I fell in love with was a GT that was this color @MY 85 GT . I was in my POS 93' camaro at the illegal drag races in San Diego and the races had just got busted up by the cops and we all split. I ended up right behind that beautiful GT and as we pulled into the AM/PM gas station in Mira Mar he goosed the gas and it sent vibrations throughout my entire car. It was love at first site!! He popped the hood and had a stout stroker with all the Edelbrock trimmings. It wasn't too long after that I sold my camaro and I bought my first Fox, an 88 LX 5.0.

Seeing your car brings me back, way back.

I aways liked the GT from when i was 15 when the 85 GT came out...i wanted on so bad...My cousin bought a brand new black 86 GT from that day on i wanted one..i had a nice 4 eye...then i went to a few Verts..had a nice 90 GT then a vert again...lol now this one...this color is one of my favorites tho...except for the red interior...LOL...

Keep the red... I think it will be regretted by all who switched in the future by the way this car game is going....

Truth! That's why I still have my power steering system stored under my work bench. One of these days I may just regret going with a flaming river manual steering rack and will want that power steering luxury again.

Gerard car sounds great and looks good! That shade red is a touch lighter than my vert and your last 87.Think it's called scarlet red..Red steering wheel FTW LOL..at least our verts were black...

Wild strawberry . scarlet doesn't have any metallic .
