So I wanted to get a locking gas cap about 3 months ago...so now(due to recent events) I am going to go purchase one. Where can I get a quality locking cap around Seattle?

When I worked at the dealership we replaced a lot of aftermarket fuel caps. They will usually set an evap leak code after a week or so of driving. This is on 96 and newer, so John wouldnt be affected, but newer cars can be. I would recommend sticking with the stock cap myself. At least keep it around so if you do set a code you know how to fix it. Just my $.01

well it's a good thing i did save it cause when we bought the explorer it didnt have one, and the stock stang one fit. but seriously tho i keep every stock part i replace with a aftermarket one clear down to the ash tray and cig lighter  dont ask me why? peace
